Another old comic, this one was drawn traditionally on paper. Man, I miss doing traditional comics like this one
Just my experience as a non English speaking person speaking English, since I'm Chilean and the main language over here is Spanish (though in central Chile more and more people learn English).
No matter how long I've been talking with other English speaking people, it is hilarious how "tarzanic" my English sounds, yet it sounds professional for my non English speaking friends.

this is how i fell about my german xd. I sound so nice to non german speakers but i feel like it sucks when I do stumble upon a german speaker and talk

si es por escrito controlo y todo va bien, de hecho creo que a veces me paso de bien y suena demasiado formal xd (lo que pasa cuando te pasas toda la vida haciendo redacciones para clase...) Pero en el momento en que tengo que hablarlo en voz alta con alguien que habla inglés, mi cerebro se cortocircuita, se me olvida todo, no sé hablar y me siento ridícula intentando hacer el acento bien así que me sale acento español super marcado menos mal que solo me pasa con los turistas...

•I have a couple of Puerto Rican coworkers, and when I try to say a Spanish word I at least make an attempt to correctly enunciate it, but I know I probably sound like a Neanderthal
