How To Draw Manga Reimagining

As usual, we’re behind. Even though I’m a little too old to have actually used this book (we can’t ALL learn how to draw from tracing horses in elementary school, I’m SORRY) - but young enough to have ripped on it mercilessly.

In hindsight, it was pretty cool of Scholastic to give a 16 year old a book deal but oof. Nobody should pay for uninformed advice, even kids.

Anyway, my ‘extra gene’ took it a step FURTHER than the initial challenge of just redrawing our blue-haired hero and I mocked up a cover. Polling my inner circle, we’re unsure if it had a section on actually creating manga? But went ahead and threw some of the tools of the trade in there for good measure.
