Hello! So I think his ear might sit a bit higher cause of how he is looking down a believe? Or maybe a tilt but maybe just look at people who have that similar head angles or take a refrence or yourself that could help. Overall it looks nice and if you want to catch some mistakes just take a picture of this and reverse the photo and it will help you see your sketch with fresh eyes
