I tried the galaxy tab 7 plus and iPad pro recently. I think the pro works well but the pen is seperate, costs 200 in edition. You also have to charge the pen in addition but not the pen on the tab 7+ as it's a regular stylus. Tab plus is much cheaper at around 800 and has a 120 rebate from Samsung rn. Vs 1200 for a iPad pro. I wouldn't recommend deviating from pro versions of either tab as the quality drops substantially.
