Really nice work! 
One tip : use reference like photos of people or arts of artists you admire and try to look where the the things are situated. Per example, the close eye shoud be a little lower cause, for the majority of the time, the upper eyelid that moves and not the bottom one. There is more thing to improve like the neck but this is solvable by watching references
