Hey!
The best advice i could give for creating is to read/discover a lot of comics. And when you're stuck, go to your favorite artists to see how they resolve the problem you're facing.
My second little tip would be draw what you have to draw even if you don't know how to draw it. It will be ugly at first, but you learn a lot this way, and the next time it will be better.
