I like how varied the art is. I like not knowing what I will see next (provided its not something nasty, which is also why I like artfol's censor methods). Its too daunting when everyone is a master, and theres less variety when everyone is beginner. But mixing the two makes for fantastic browsing.

I feel like this site feels the closest to the old deviantART vibes where people are just sharing their art and having fun and throwing their streams of consciousness into the world without trying to engagement bait or anything. Also that its small it isn't overwhelming
•
i know a lot of people have already said the community, but i’ll have to agree with them haha. i love how chill it is here; i feel oddly “safer” posting here than on things like twitter for example. maybe it’s how small it is, but i just love the atmosphere here and i hope it continues to thrive!

How welcoming and encouraging the users are. Also, it's not messy and overwhelming like other busy app, I actually like the still relatively small number of users active daily. And they are mostly artistsy so they appreciate experiments, they understand style or topic inconsistency, and they give great tips and opinions about art stuff. Also, the absence of the algorithm!

and of course the many good artists and artworks contribute to make this cyber-space very nice and beautiful and artistically stimulating

always the question tab. ppl need to start asking more questions bc sometimes i run out of questions to answer
•
Same, I pop in here sometime just to see some unhinged posted or some genuine questions.
•
I like the community tab too! It's fun to interact with everyone! I also like that I'm able to see recent posts! The community here really is just so nice!
•
I rly like being able to see recent stuff chronologically instead of some hellish doomsday algorithm's choices.
The ppl are welcoming and the focus on art is so strong.

•I love the community the most! The community overall is friendly and helpful. I've made so many lovely acquaintances here. I also love the challenges tab.
•
I think the fact that it’s a social network for artists by artists.
I’ve never felt more at home here and it’s just incredible how it came about with the idea to break off from IG.

I love seeing all the different art styles. You can always keep scrolling but no two styles look alike. I also like it because unlike alot of other social media platforms there’s no hate or competition, everyone is so supportive and kind towards their fellow artists

•
I love how it makes you feel like a part of an actual community where you can find nice people and supportive mutuals instead of being in constant pressure and competition against everyone. And because it's a smaller community, it's much easier to catch up with stuff you've missed
•
I like the community here, everyone is chill and friendly, so far there's no dramas, people don't come at you like a criminal when you said something wrong and will kindly correct you, which is why i feel more comfortable leaving comments than other social medias.

•I love the community tab too, it's such a nice way to get to know artists beyond their art. Posting a challenge on Instagram recently made me appreciate how challenges work here, you don't have to create a hashtag just for your challenge that the posts won't show up in anyway, it's so much easier here
