I’m not very great at doing pop art myself but I think you should maybe use some brighter colours for hair and clothing, just maybe make them a little more neon, you could also maybe change the eye colour a little maybe (not hating), I’m fully aware that I’m not the greatest at pop art but hope this helps :) have a nice day!
