Me and My Parrots
I‘ve been working on a series of small Watercolor paintings, where I recreated famous artwork in my art style. It was initially just to see how they would look like, but I did learn a lot by taking a closer look at all the details, lights and shadow, how the fabric is falling and much more.This drawing depicts Me and My Parrots by Frida Kahlo. It was created with oil on canvas in 1941, and it currently is located in the Harold H. Stream Collection in New Orleans.Nov 11, 2021
