What to do?? I have a commission from a client and it's the first time I'm having a hard time with them, they are indecisive and even when I do a part of the artwork how they want they suddenly change their mind, or want to see many variants. I usually don't mind this but often I ask these big change questions at the start in the rough drafts or first stages of art, and it gets hard to chabge bigger elements almost at the end! What should I do? Should I end the artwork and give everything that was paid for (half payment was given and so provide everything that has been done up to this point)? Tell them it's fine if they want many edits but they exhausted the amout of edits included. If they want more going forward you'll have to charge per hour (hours not costing minimal wage but a realistic one, 60-120 $/hour. I'd advise you to put fast in your TOS also - that there's a limited amout of edits and that if that's exhausted they either have to accept the status quo or you'll have to switch to hourly.)

I personally use Wix for making my sites, but I also see a lot of people use Carrd for their commission stuff!

Specifically, word it kinda like, “You are requesting me to do more work than what was initially agreed upon. If you would like me to make any additional changes from now on, I will be requiring additional payment for the additional work.”

•Tell them to be decisive or you're not going to finish and drop the commission. NO don't give them the money back. Half up front is for your time that has already been used. If you are doing more work ask for more money. They can take it or leave it.

•In my Terms of Service rules I have a limit to how many times a client can ask for an edited version of the art. Too many people scam artists by using "edits" as a way to get multiple art pieces for the price of one.
I'd explain to the client that your time (and patience) is limited and that you won't be doing any more edits---give them the option to either accept the current version of the art or be refunded.
