art for my webcomic, soldier poet king. athaliah was left for dead as an infant because the birth of a child with albinism was seen as an evil omen and sparked an uprising against her father the king. years later, with the help of her father’s oldest friend who saved her life and sheltered her, and a strange woman from a faraway country whose arrival sparks another string of discord, athaliah plots to take back her rightful place as king.
