I guess theres not a time for posting here yet bc of chronological explore page, but you can try out by posting in different times to see what's best for you and your followers

Was wondering the same too! Since I don't know where the people that follow me are unless they post it, it would be cool to have an analytics tab to know better your audience :)

I don't think there is an optimal upload time, since the app is still realitively new and in open beta. We are still beta testers who are helping to make sure the app works for the full release. I haven't found it yet at least.
