Oh look I'm doing the thing I said I would do like three months ago wow.Alana is the entire groups impulse control, they would not survive without her. She is also the only one who managed to get through to Sal and get them to open up about their issues and accept people into their life.
Alana is an heir of Milos, the voyos of art, prophecy, dreams and the stars. Being an heir basically means inheriting a voyos's toiye (their power) while still being fully mortal. Heirs are more sensitive to their voyos's energy, which is how they can manipulate their element consciously or subconsciously.
She has the ability to receive prophecies and visions through dreams, and can send messages to people that she is close to by appearing in their dreams or manipulating them. Along with that, she has very strong intuition and can sense what the right choice is even with like a 50/50 chance. Her intuition can't be controlled though, so she can't always use it, and the more she tries to focus on it the more she will question her choices, which might lead to her picking the wrong one despite her powers.
