This isn’t really a liner brush but you might like the look of it anyway, but I’ve found the crystal brush that comes with procreate on size 1 is a really cool textured brush and I use it fror sketches that I usually end up not bothering with lining

•A while ago I downloaded a free brush set called GvW Ink and there’s a few brushes in there I really like! The website also has some other helpful free brushes like head templates

•Dry ink or 6b sketching brush (can't remember exact name), but use the smooth pen as the eraser

The best ones imo are Dry Ink and Technical Pen in. Both are default brushes in Inking. I’d also recommend Gesiniski Ink if you want a smooth dynamic and fine tip for a uniform line, both also in Inking.
I use dry ink almost exclusively nowadays though.
