Spectre (Dragapult) Ref Sheet

Second one completed! Dragapult is my all time favorite dragon pokemon.

A bit about her: Spectre always have four Dreepy pokemon following her. She cares and very protective of them. Each Dreepy has their own personality, even they may look alike. She can disappear at will and hides as she blends within the surroundings.
