*and with a random color palette* So I’m sure something like this has been done in the past but do I care? No Basically in the accessibility settings(at least on apple) there’s an option to put a color filter on. Turn on grayscale. After, Go to https://coolors.co or another website that creates random color palettes. Create one. Do not turn off grayscale. You should not see the actual colors. Just grays. Use that palette and no other colors (pure white and pure black excluded) to color your art. For shading you can use other colors ofc. Maybe nobody will join this. I don’t care. Have fun. If you want a tip, draw a character without a realistic skin tone, cause it’s pretty unlikely you’ll get a realistic skin tone

Random-colour-palette drawingOkay so somehow it’s August already, and it’s also been like a week since my last post. That’s weird, man.

Anyways, as you can see if you go read the title/description for the challenge I drew this for, this involved me turning on my iPad’s greyscale colour filter in the settings menu, then generating a colour palette with Coolors, and then using that colour palette and drawing without being to see what colours I’m using.
I’ve actually been drawing with the greyscale filter on quite a bit lately, since I find it fun, but this was my first time using a random colour palette that I didn’t get to see beforehand.
