That giant thing shes holding is her huge hammer she carry around, its shaped like a cute lollipop with a nice big red bow. Her hammer is incredibly heavy to others but to her its light as a feather. Pom pom is super flexible in a unnatural way so she uses that ability to scare kids alot. She may or may not have participated in the 2016 killer clown trend
