Welcome! There’s no real algorithm here yet, everything you see on trending is just random and feeds are chronological. The most effective way of getting an audience is networking. With tags, whenever you post art, you get to choose 3 custom tags to put in the separate section for them, they don’t really matter a lot tho so I wouldn’t fuss over them.
You do wanna sort out your categories(bottom right drop down button), just pick ones that fit your post. There’s also the critique, nsfw, gore, and challenge tags (bottom left drop down). nsfw and gore are for censoring art, and you can turn off these filters in settings. challenge and critique are self explanatory, a tip just so you don’t piss off some other artists, please write what you want critique on if you use that tag, and don’t throw it on every post in hopes for clout.
