how cute! I really like the dynamic pose, the shape of it makes for a really nice composition!
Coloured pencils are tricky to master, but the more you use them, you'll get better :) my advice would be to always start colouring lightly. As you shade and build colours, you can start adding pressure and colouring harder to add depth. There's a lot of layering work that goes into colouring pencils, maybe research that a bit for your next piece
