What's the best and worst field trip you've been on?Jan 1, 2022

The best field trip was my school trip to the local bread and cake factory!! It was so cool looking at the different machines they used and the conveyor belts of bread moving over my head. In terms of worst field trips, I can think of one. I haven't been on that many field trips but there was this one time my class and I had to run across the highway to get to a place

Best was in upper secondary school when we went to a fair (it’s called Dyrsku’n, norwegians will know what it is I guess). So I spent the whole day walking around with my classmates buying good food, trying the teacup ride, and taking pictures of animals and stuff because we had to take pictures of the fair for an assignment. I was very tired though and almost feel asleep onthe bus on my way home but fortunately I didn’t miss my stop
and also a friend spotted me when he picked up his son so I got a ride with him the rest of the way instead of waiting for the next bus haha (I had to switch buses halfway).
Worst was probably in secondary school when we climbed this mountain called Gaustadtoppen, bc it took so long to walk up there and I did not dress appropiately for that day.. man I was a fool at 14. So basically we rode by bus for like 1 hour and a half, then it took me approx. 2 hours to walk up to the top, me and my friends passed the time by singing random songs lol,, that part was fun but the hike itself was dissapointing. And then we got to spend like 30 mins at the top where there’s a café and stuff before we had to start walking down again. And my body was just dead from the whole trip so that was the worst. We did get the next day off from school though. I think I would have appriciated that kind of school trip more now, but I was just not into hiking back then and as mentioned my outfit was not fit for climbing mountains

Ok so This museum was the best; Im talkin indoor playground, Water tables with those boats, a frickin upstairs playground (Wasnt an actual playground, like bright colors, more like themes) and they had this pirate room, OmG it was the best... And this trashy Icecream/candy shop was the worsssttt

Ahhh gOD I don’t remember the best but the worst was when I was in elementary school they made us hike the alp mountains for 8 hours straight like I am c h I l d do not do this to me

•Best: going to Humboldt State University in Northern California for three days with my fellow community college students. The trip resulted in me deciding to transfer there!
Worst: probably the high school marching band trip to Santa Cruz boardwalk. None of my friends in band went and my phone died an hour in. Most of the rides were too scary for me (can't do the 100-foot drops or thing that holds you upside down)

Best was going to a science museum in rural Massachusetts, that slapped. Can't think of a personal worst, but my brother once went on a trip with bathroom facilities so bad he decided instead not to use the toilet for five days.

Best was my senior trip in high school, worse was going to the botanical gardens for 4th time, that was for college

48h of car travel with idiots that had the awful idea to blast children shows openings for half of the travel
Also, at some point in the night the driver got lost so we went in circle for two hours and then got back on track
We arrived in Rome, went to the Vatican
We saw the Pope ! And then the teachers left us alone for an hour at least to go buy some beers
The hotel in Rome was awful too
Anyway, then we went to Napoli, in the hotel one of the beds broke while a guy tried to sit on it
Fortunately the hotel staff was nice enough, but poor dude panicked so much he cried
Afterward we visited Herculanum, Pompei and a inactive part of the volcano
And when we left Napoli the Vesuve was fulming

Afterward we went back to Rome, got lost again and then to Florencia
Me and my friend got lost in Florencia, again
It was a trip full of adventure !
