Nataliya/The Phoenix - The advisor/leaderShe's mostly in charge of Tonya and Zuzu, she works closely with Nadia but would necessarily consider her or her girls apart of "Vesuvia," their just close allies.
Tonya/The Snake - She started out as a waitress, protected by Nataliya, but after marrying Muriel she became a member of the Vesuvia mob as well as Nataliya's party. She's the Torture master actually so don't let her cute looks fool you.
ZuZu/The Fallen Angel - They were originally an agent for the NDP but after an incident she fell in with Nataliya. She doesn't always approve of Nataliya or Tonya's work and choices but they can't go back to the NDP. ZuZu is the drug doctor.
