goofy ahh vent at 1am 
i feel so bad cuz while im waiting for therapy i had to stop going to my psycologist and on her place is basically a social worker. i think that she is trying her best to help me but it just doesnt work. like she is genuenly trying and yet it all comes down to "oh well im glad u havent acted on ur toughts" "try listening to music by mornings" and "well what if u try going to college" which just makes me more and more desperate especially because i have not gone to college last two weeks and going outside is getting harder and harder with every day. and on top of that im feeling more and more dissapointed and disgusted by how much i fail all the time
