Looks good! But Using reference for the suit can help u! And don't focus on the smaller shapes or wrinkles just find bigger shapes! Also adding some highlights can help ig

Just some comments I have would be that the shoulders seem to slope down really low. Also I think the collar could take the form of his neck more? Rather than looking really stiff like a V you can have it curve around the shape of the neck if that makes sense
