Kinda an AI 'art' rant? Don't read if you are tired of hearing stuff HAHA

As someone who does lots of commissioning of art, and someone who does art myself (so both viewpoints ish),,, I can't really see the appeal of using AI to create art other than the fact that its free for the person who's generating it. Which in our society is a big appeal sadly ;-;
One of the best parts of commissioning art is interacting with the person, and seeing wips, and being excited throughout the wait! Or at least, for me personally, haha. Its just sad. I'm not too worried about artist's careers yet, cause AI is still so new, I am more worried about all the images that are being taken virtually illegally through loophools for feeding these generators... hmmmmmDec 2, 2022

It's interesting to hear this from a person who does commissions, because I got concerned with AI replacing artists in general. But then again Art AI can't exist without artists because it Frankenstein's multiple art pieces in the internet to make art.
