11/25/21The colors are so much darker then they were on my ipad so I'm probably gonna have to go back and fix them. An attempt was made at digitally painting but I don't know what qualifies as painting and what's just lineless art.Nov 25, 2021

That is looking soo cool! And it defenitely is a painting, theres so much detail in it as well, it's really awesome! Critique-wise, as you already said, it's really dark and I think the whole thing could need a light source to give more contrast to the characters. Right now the swords are the focal point because they're so bright compared to the rest of the piece. I'd defenitely add more contrast to the character with the red hair to make him stand out even more. Keep up the good work! ^^

Despite you saying that the colors appear darker than they originally were on your iPad, I personally think they fit with the atmosphere of this setting. From what I see that is consider painted, I'd say the background itself looks more painted than the characters (though I don't consider that a bad thing cause I also tried doing the same before; Having my characters be lineless while the background is painted). I'm not sure what your preferences are when it comes to having something look more painted than something else, but I think having a painted background leaves the main focus on the characters that are not painted
