I watched the two part video on Raya's SEA misrepresentation and making characters talk about about the dragons as if it's like a thing to be nerdy about and not like a religious thing is such a miss. Like it would of been kinda cool if the nations split based on different views on the dragon stuff. God like I'm not all that connected to my Filipino culture but god damn (like I only know most of the food stuff but even then limited.) That movie was a mess and SEA for the most part had little access to the movie about themselves. Also screaming slippers is so fucking funny oh my god. (But also are they queer baiting or, thankfully that video is coming out soonish) It would of been much better if they stuck with a few SEA countries and not like all of them.Feb 16, 2022
