Apparently I've always liked art,but I only really remember getting into drawing when I was 9 because of Minecraft endermen. In hindsight,I mainly drew to distract myself from noise and my emotions,because I was a really sensitive kid. Then I kept wanting to draw out my own stories,but they never went anywhere up until now.

I loved newspaper comics, especially Calvin and Hobbes. When I was a kid I wanted to write and draw comic strips so bad. Then I got into video games and started copying the art styles of Zelda and Kingdom Hearts

my family is full of artists so i’ve always been into art for as long as i can remember. Everything inspires me… God, the Bible, nature, my emotions, other people. everything lol

Started drawing very early. I didn't have many toys and was away from home a lot. Drawing was one of the few things I could do. Loved detailed hand drawn animation as a kid too.

If my old sketchbooks from when I was a child says anything, its that I´ve always been into art. Dunno where it started tho. Those coloring books of girls in dresses? Video games? Anime/manga? Fanart? Who knows. All I know is that I´ve been drawing for as long as I can remember.

For as long as I remember, I've always liked drawing. Though I thought about it as a job way later in high school, but I never started going professionally. Art schools are too expensive and well paid - or barely enough - jobs are rare. Most artists in my country have another job to sustain their life.
As for inspiration, mostly nature, stories, fairy tales, video games such as Zelda, Suikoden Tierkreis, and music.

•I've always loved art and have used it as a way to communicate and express myself for as long as I can remember. I don't think I can go into detail on where I started 'cause my earliest drawings were like, REALLY disturbing? Horror has always been an inspiration for me, and I connected with a lot of scary stories
I kind of deviated from just random stick figures in horrific scenarios to actually making ocs, and FNAF and creepypasta were the first non-oc related things I ever drew. Of course then I just made a FNAF au for my ocs lmao

Ohh, I was asking myself this question in class, because I will make a presentation about my passion for drawing.
But I don't find the answer. I just know that I love drawing and I draw since I was a little girl.

Funnily enough, specifically in 5th grade...I wanted to get out of math class. My school had a talented art program that pulls you out class and I wanted to do that. So I "studied" how to actually draw to get noticed by the teacher when comes into class. TL;DR didn’t get into talented art until Junior Year in Highschool but between those years I developed my love for it

I played a lot of video games when I was little and those games really stuck with me. In particular Zelda for its storytelling, and Okami for its art.
And then when I was 13 I saw Castle in the Sky and realized "hey... I can actually make art and tell stories AS A JOB!"
The accumulation of the video games I played and movies I watched inspired me to make my own stories and art, so I took to practicing and devoured so many "how to draw anime" books haha.

No real starting point, since I started drawing as a toddler, but animation always had a big influence on me. Always loved all the way 2d animated stuff looked, weather it was Disney, anime, or whatever was on Cartoon Network. Later on the ability to visually convey whatever ideas come to mind kinda became the driving factor:3

When I was younger I specifically remember thinking "I wish I could just hold and see the ideas I have in my head" and I think that's what jumpstarted a lot of it
