Doodle- The Halloween Witch

Finalized some of her outfit details, I will be using the sketched wand, not the one she’s holding! And I need to change some ribbons colors but otherwise I’m happy with her design. Now to work on her story, so far she’s Tea’s adopted sister Sam (The Samhain Witch)
