I'm sorry to hear that! isn't there that enby friend you're close with that you might like though? maybe when/if you feel ready and still like them, you could try things with them ? (If I'm not mistaken and this post is about the one met on the dating app)

•the trash took itself out, dawg. it is basic human decency in a relationship to acknowledge that the other may not be comfortable being friends after. they never deserved u if they did that to u just now, even if it is hard to see rn since u were in love. but dont be a jackass. they dumped u in that way; they don't deserve ur consideration, tact, or even a word from u at all imo.
