Batman OC AU #2- Batman v. Spellbinder

So, in the show (to those that don't know) Spellbinder is a villain who creatively uses hypnosis to mess with people. And holy cow, they really made this villain interesting power wise. Especially throughout scenes.

Idk what character of mine would be Spellbinder maybe one day a character would come along. But yeah the one in the batman suit is my OC Lucas. I made the "custom suit" myself.
