This is my main OC, Vic. He's an inter-realm traveller working for RESET, a small division of the Sigma Government.Vic travels to other realms (not necessarily worlds) and returns with information on them, submitted to the government for reasons which we will get to at a later time.
Officially filed as 'Project ViC', he's quite a priceless government asset since he doesn't suffer from side effects of portals.
