What’s your dream job? 🤔👀 Do you want to be a professional artist or do you have other interests?

I recently graduated uni and I’m going back for a second degree (: I always love hearing about people working towards their dreams!

Congrats on graduating!! What are you going for for that second degree? :) honestly I don’t really think about a dream job anymore—I just want a job that isn’t too boring and that I can pay bills and buy myself pretty things with 😂
To be a author. I want to be both a artist and a author in the future.

Ooo can you give me advice on how it’s going or something. Congratulations on graduating. Because I will be going to college for art and after I graduate with a bachelor of art I want to go back and get a writing degree but I keep being undecided.
I don't know. I have a lot of creative ideas that I would like to make real, but I don't know if they can be remunerative, and if I would have fun with them if they were my job. I don't want to be rich, so a small job that leaves me a lot of free time to enjoy my personal projects could be fine. Ideally I'd like it not to support the capitalist system or at least be helpful to actual people to make things better for them and not just aiming at increasing the polluting yacht collection of one enterprise owner. I guess I would be happier in any job if I know I am helping people live better instead of making a rich person richer, even if maybe the job itself is not my favourite activity.
Anything that involves profiling criminals
entomologist / arachnologist / arthopologist . And I suppose freelance art/animation
My problem is I have too many interests
None, I dream about cozy house in the middle of foggy rainy woods and about not being a human stuck in human society.... otherwise any job that pays well and doesn't hold you hostage sounds fine 😩
I thought i wanted to be a professional artist, but now i have a part time position at a place I’m really passionate about and honestly I like it more than doing art obsessively.
Character designer/environment designer.

But on the incredibly unrealistic side:

Director for some project relating to my special interest
Definitely animator or comic illustrator, but honestly, this might sound cynical, they're probably, forever, just dreams.

I also want to try voice acting but i need a quiet place so i can ruin my vocal core without bothering anyone.
I actually really don’t know ,, I’m stuck between an artistic career (dance or drawing) or something more stable . My mom wants me to be a doctor but I’m still thinking about stuff 😭
I'd want art as a hobby and to be commissionned sometimes. Still confused about my dream job tbh but I'm sticking to architecture in case.
anything that doesn't mean customer service.

i will be as happy as i can be working on something related to storage/transport stuff or as a laborer but talking about something more serious and since i "have" to start thinking about a career:
i would say a mechanic, an electromechanic

my stepfather works on this and it's honestly very well paid (of course it has to be, shit dangerous asf) plus i'm very resistant and i get bored easily, this or blacksmith/welder, i'm really interesed in heavy work and lifting heavy things is fs one of my favorite things
None, but being a hermit on a small sustainable farm, in the mountains w/ free wifi sounds good tho (:
I want to go into professional art. But not as my main source of income funny enough. I want to work at a professional level and do some really cool stuff. But only on the side.

My real dream job is a professional Botanist, a mechanical drafter, Architect, or a machinist.
I want to be a game designer someday or maybe make an animated show.
I would like to be a freelance artist making illustrations for posters, books etc. But gotta get my life better first 😊
I don't have a dream job. I take whatever I am given.
I'm studying English and want to work as a translator or in a publishing house or something :) I want art to be not my main source of income, but I do dream of making a graphic novel and selling it and having a stand on conventions to sell stuff I made
It was either an artist for graphic novels/comics/manga or for games.

Been wanting to try out voice acting, but feel like I need a vocal coach before trying to put myself out there.
My dream job(s) definitely include being involved with art! Either being successful enough to live comfortably off of commissions/Patreon/etc or being a voice actor for games and cartoons!

But the voice acting thing is something I haven't seriously considered in years, so that's more of a dream while the commission thing is more of a solid goal lol
My dream job is a psychiatrist 😅 Well, I still have multiple years to change my mind and try something different.
