It is really very interesting. I really like your style (he inevitably also remembers various works by Tim Burton) I suggest you also look at illustrations by Benjamin Lacombe, whith I think you might like / inspire you. A tip at a critical level I think would be to try to work at the level of colors a lot on the contrast, or between the background and the character or inside the character. It works a lot with such desaturated colors, but maybe having a few more parts that come out visually from the drawing and stand out would be a lot cooler. You also have a very interesting way of inking, very obscure, highlight it as much as you can. Really great work though basic!
