Summary: Kian was born in the Northern Tribe from the niece of the chief and younger brother Lord North Reach. Torn between two worlds of tribe and kingdom Kian struggles with his identity. Both his parents are supportive of his choice throughout his childhood. He stays with his mom to learn about community but gets education by the kingdom from books and giving Kian lessons when he visits. The other kids in the tribe didn't like him because he kept the education of kingdoms from his father and the kingdom's kids didn't like him. After all, he was a dirty idiot son of wonder. Then her tribe found a dragon egg when he was 7 and his mom was tasked with raising the hatching. That is when he becomes the brother of Mona and they treat each other like siblings even though they are not even the same species. It was hard for him when he was 24 and Mona who was 17 went to Ryo Islands to try and join them to learn their roots. But he let her find it. He was a warrior for the tribe and his father was helping Prince Charles meet with the tribe. Kian was always when there to help guard him and he got to know the Prince. How he wants to not only understand tribe cultures but other species as well. Believe if he did it helped stop conflict and they survived Hell's Week. Kian became moved by the Prince's words that he wanted to train to be a bodyguard. This was an uphill battle even with him being a son of the younger brother Lord North Reach he was still part of the Tribe. But Prince Charles put in a good word for him and got into the army. There he trained for 4 years and at age 28 was a member of the royal guard. During that time Mona came back with her mate and she took over as the Protector of the tribe. He still keeps in contact with his family while being a guard even as getting close to his 40s now.Jun 24, 2024
