I wish I didn't have the kind of autism that made people uncomfortable with my uncanny socialization skills. Just once, I want to meet a person in the wild who takes what I say the way I say it without thinking I'm shifty or weird. I'm so tired of having to convince people I am qualified to do the thing I'm licensed to do and that I'm not some kind of freak who's going to harvest their organs. I've tried memorizing the correct things to say, but I suck when I run into convos I don't have the script for. Being a working class adult with autism sucks. -100/10 don't recommend.Jul 3, 2024
