Jian is a young longma who lives in the village of Pingyuan. His village was small and served as a checkpoint between two other major cities. He wanted to try to find a way to contribute to his village. One day, his village got attacked by the Outcast Clan, but to his surprise some archers from Tiankong and their champion Sheshou came and were successful in driving them off. Having seen Sheshou's skills, he got inspired to be an archer himself. So he made a bow and some arrows and began practicing. His bow is his preferred weapon of choice.
