I received an actual cat shaped pillow of our little cat Teddy who died from a heartattack a few weeks back and... I'm still sad, but I'm also so happy to be able to hug him again!

He absolutely didn't deserve to die like this. With his not even 2 years old, he left us, but also his 16 years old cat buddy and his little sister behind. Together, they came in sick and neglected. They were way too young to roam around without a mommy, so we took care of them and they grew into beautiful little kitties.
Unfortunately, Teddy passed away due to what we expect to have been a heart attack, since we knew he had heart problems. There could've been a way to not let this happen a while back, but guess what? The vet didn't give us all the information about his heart problems, nor did they tell us about the medicines that were available, only because they knew our family wasn't the richest and sometimes needed financial help in cases like these. It makes me so mad
His sister is probably the one having the most trouble with it, since she lost her brother and best friend... When she saw the photo on the pillow, she sniffled him, started purring loudly, washed it entirely and went to sleep with it. When she woke up, my heart nearly broke again because she meowed to the pillow and tried to wake it up by softly patting it with her paw and pressing her face against it.
