Be very active and talk on it a lot. Start convos and try to keep them going (don't be dry 
). You can also do daily questions, challenges, other scheduled group stuff, maybe a weekly movie night or gaming session type of thing? And adding new people is always a good idea!

•yeaaaah i never had servers on my own but most of the ones ive been on (from friends or mutuals) died slowly and i really dont know why or how..... Maybe they are too shy to talk on it or something
