Anyone up for a "Draw/Make a Parol" challenge for this festive season?
For those who don't know, a Parol is a Filipino (not sure if other countries have them but I'm assuming they don't because I asked many of my friends who aren't from the Philippines and they don't know what a parol is) lantern hung up on Christmas season♡ they're mostly made out of japanese paper, bamboo, or stuff like that or through the use of old plastic bottles or other recycled materials (especially in the more rural areas) and are usually made in the shape of a star (sometimes other shapes)... I made a few parols before for school since we hung hundreds of recycled parols all around campus
