A newly formed oc that i dont have a name for...yet lolscritique- How do i make my poses more flowy and like structured(if that makes sense)?

I like your ocs design! If you want your poses to flow better, I highly suggest a website called Quickposes! It gives you a series of photos in a certain category, for instance bodies, hands, animals, all that! And when you study poses, be sure to pay close attention to proportions and where things meet. Such as, the width of the shoulders lining up with the widest part of the hips. And as for the flow of a pose, try to avoid right angles in the arms and pay attention to a pose’s line of action! I would also recommend Pinterest as another source of references btw! All of this stuff is really fun to research, so good luck in your studies!!
