Try flipaclip and iMovie! I use them along with procreate, which isn’t free, but I’m sure other drawing programs will do just as well!

•I heard flipaclip is alright. But I also heard people use Ibis Paint to draw, then go on Capecut?! I dunno.
I personally use RoughAnimator, which is a $6-7 mobile program. One time purchase kinda thing but hey, it works so I’m not complaining Lolol.
