I've been trying out some more gouache (: I honestly have 3 good tubes and the rest is super duper cheap low grade stuff. Less then 50 cents (€) a tube.I've been trying to decide if it is worth it to invest in e set of better gouache or if I should just keep it at watercolours and play with the cheap once that are left and use stranger and stranger colours xDAug 6, 2021

sometimes if you use cheap paints you may struggle a lot and in the end you may not enjoy the medium as much. I used a cheap gouache a while ago and it made me hate gouache, but when i tried a better quality paint i started liking It more, because i wasn't getting as frustrated as before (Sorry for the bad english i tried my best)
