I haven’t heard of it before now - is it a good app for sharing art?

The rules in the FAQ state that the app is 12 and up, so if you're under 12, you can't be on there. But I guess that can still be considered underage because most apps are 13+. I'm pretty sure the app is more targeted towards younger groups of people.
