movie is called Unleashed/Danny the Dog. It’s about a kid who’s raised by a loan shark to be his “attack dog”; when the collar comes off, Danny kills them - whoever they are. He does what he’s told. But after some wholesome encounters with a blind piano tuner, good things finally start coming his way
