Lifeless portrait sadge

Hiii this is my first digital artwork and also my first complete portrait (that I’m actually proud of). There’s something off about it that makes it seem a little...dull? Lifeless? Fake-looking? Stiff? I’m not quite sure what it is. It’s kinda like when you see a wax figure and it looks generally okay but you can just tell there’s something off about it yk lmfaooo

I also feel like anatomy might be a little off near the nose/mouth? Anatomy wise I kind of like my sketch better, I wish I could show it. I honestly can’t tell if the anatomy’s off or not though because I remember struggling to fix the face because it wasn’t anatomically correct but now it still looks weird

any help would be appreciated!!
