Finick & Draco Sketch page
Did a fun little sketch page of Finick and Draco! They're honestly one of my most wholesome characters. I've on a little bit of a size comparison kick lately so I figured since one of the appeals of them for me is the size difference between them, I love it when small characters are paired with larger ones (though Finick is normal sized, he's like 5' 6") it's really fun and I realized I've never drawn them together like this so why not?Really like how this came out. Still need to work on a few things; Draco's anatomy feels a bit squatted and I'm still figuring out clawed feet, their clothing is pretty flat and the line art isn't helping,
For anyone who's curious what's up with Finick's shades they're blackout shades blind people use to keep light out of their eyes. Depending on what causes your blindness your eyes can still catch light and relay that your brain, since that can hurt a lot for them these shades exist. Due to Finick's situation with his sight he can't tell a room lit by the sun itself from dark one he really just wears the shades out of habit and to communicate he's blind quicker than having to explain it every time the topic comes up.Nov 23, 2023
