Yeesh, nor can I. They’re such a pain. I suggest looking up some references. It’s ok to ‘copy’ every once in awhile. Eventually by doing this you’ll kinda morph it into your own style and soon you’ll be able to draw your very own lips. If this didn’t help; my bad ;>;
