Like a reference sheet? I think the face and the body/outfit is good, and any important notes about them. Include their height somewhere so you know how to scale them when they are around other characters, that's all I can really think of

Just wing it! Include whatever you think is important! In general, I always like to include name, pronouns, height, age, and maybe a few things they like. This gives a pretty good idea about the character!

wing it. the backstory will develop along the way :> sometimes i like writing the story first, and i have A LOT that i've never drawn out -- honestly just take a concept u find cool and build a character from it, don't think too much abt the logistics

Well, I'd usually include some defining character traits, like basic stats, personality, hobbies or interests, and some fun facts abt them
