Atlas shadow helper simulationI was trying to draw a situation but it was frustrating, so I figured I'd draw him more using his power and explain his situations so I'm not struggling for weeks on end with one picture

He can control his own shadow if needed, though he prefers not to since that had a quicker spread on his arms. The red snake represents his hallucinations, although the hallucinations are a lot more realistic to him and not visible to anyone else
Before his ability manifested, he actually wanted to be a doctor and help people. Atlas always cares about others. Once he first found out about his shadow puppet ability, he was scared he wouldn't be able to help anyone.
But after only a few years at Cipher Academy he learned how he can help with his abilities. He can save people from afar. His shadows, when under manipulation, can become their own physical beings. Although it creates more hallucinations, he is able to safely rescue people from burning buildings using their own shadows or his own.
As recent years of school, he is trying to learn if he can communicate with his controlled shadows. If he can succeed, he would love to use that to his advantage once he becomes a shadow helper!
His main goal right now is to find a variety of ways to use his ability to help people. He thinks he is off to a great start

I am in love with atlas pinning his bangs back. Even with the mask on, he is adorable. I love him so much
Don't mind how lazy everything except for him looks in the drawing. I finished drawing atlas and decided to wing the rest of it
Also, the shadow looking stuff on his hands don't actually appear. It's just there for more visual representation of him using his power. I just thought it looked odd without something there
Fun fact: his favorite shadows to control are cats. Because he can pet the cats shadow when the real cat won't let him pet them. He loves cats and is willing to go insane for themJun 1, 2022
