I was going to suggest you tried more dynamic lighting, but then I saw your fan art in your gallery, so it looks like you already understand dynamic lighting.
I think your anatomy is your strength. I would suggest pushing the shadows a bit more. Let the contrast be stronger.
I'd would suggest your next challenge should be backgrounds. Then perspective.
